We’ll work with intentional stimulation — including journaling, sound, movement, and conscious breath — to support regulation and integration.
Each class is centered around a unique theme and intention, so no two sessions are ever the same.

✨ How to Prepare:— How do you want to feel after the session? Before arriving, take a few moments to reflect on your intention:— What do you want to let go of?— How do you want to feel after the session?— What are you ready to step into?— Who are you becoming?
Create a space where you feel safe and supported. Bring anything that helps you settle in — eye masks, blankets, pillows, yoga mat — and have a journal and pen nearby for the workshop portion and for any insights or “ah-ha” moments afterward.
It’s best to arrive on an empty stomach, allowing your body to be fully present for the experience.
My facilitation style is trauma-informed, collaborative, and supportive — always honoring your pace and the wisdom of your body. We’ll also take time at the end to ground and integrate whatever arises.
