My mission is to empower you to find safety in your body, rediscover your authentic self, and honor personal boundaries — all through the transformative power of breath.
When we feel safe within, we’re able to show up more fully in our lives and relationships.
We’ll work with intentional stimulation — including journaling, sound, movement, and conscious breath — to support regulation and integration.
Each class is centered around a unique theme and intention, so no two sessions are ever the same.
Whether you're brand new to breathwork or deepening your journey, this experience will meet you where you are.
✨ How to Prepare:
— How do you want to feel after the session? Before arriving, take a few moments to reflect on your intention:— What do you want to let go of?
— How do you want to feel after the session?
— What are you ready to step into?
— Who are you becoming?
Create a space where you feel safe and supported. Bring anything that helps you settle in — eye masks, blankets, pillows, yoga mat — and have a journal and pen nearby for the workshop portion and for any insights or “ah-ha” moments afterward.
It’s best to arrive on an empty stomach, allowing your body to be fully present for the experience.
My facilitation style is trauma-informed, collaborative, and supportive — always honoring your pace and the wisdom of your body. We’ll also take time at the end to ground and integrate whatever arises.

Please bring a pen and notebook if you'd like to participate in the journaling/workshop portion. Bring anything that makes you feel safe, resourced and comfortable! Bring your favorite blanket, crystal, stuffed animal, pillow, chap stick, yoga mat, etc.
Nope! Beginners are welcome- you will be supported and guided the entire time.
Yes, absolutely. In fact, many people feel a bit unsure before their first experience with Breathwork. Just like anything that is new for you! You’ll be guided gently, and nothing is forced. You’re welcome to take breaks, move your body, or even just rest and breathe at your own pace.
Yes! Please do! Sharing this experience with someone you trust can be beautiful. Just make sure they register ahead of time so we can create space for everyone.
