As a Certified Master Neuro Linguistic Coach, Emotional Change Technique Practitioner, and Breathwork Facilitator, she blends deep, intuitive work with a playful energy to help women step boldly into their truth and personal power.

Monique has dedicated the last 12 years guiding women towards a life of confidence and clarity through a diverse range of offerings. She’s led 1:1 coaching and mentorship programs that create personalized breakthroughs, hosted 100's of events that spark community and transformation, and curated 14 sold out women’s retreats where empowerment meets rejuvenation.
