Will there be any food available?

Yes! The Treehouse has a wonderful selection of treats, food, and non-alcoholic beverages for purchase.

Is there a cover charge or ticket price

No. We plan to keep our events free as we continue to create community. Responses are encouraged due to the intimate size of the location.

Is the event appropriate for children?

It depends. The stories are true, personal stories. There is colorful language and some adult topics being in some of the stories. We encourage children to be at least 13 years to attend comfortably. However, it is a parental decision.

How can I be a speaker?

If time permits there will be the opportunity for live, 2-3 minute story slots. If you'd like to be a featured storyteller, please contact Jill at TheStorytellersporch@gmail.com.

I can't make it this time, will there be more?

There are currently plans to have several more Porch LIVE! events during 2025. One in October and one in December. Dates TBA

We’re back for the fourth gathering of The Porch LIVE!—an evening where real stories are shared on the porch.

Hosted by storytelling coach Jill Davis, this cozy live event invites you to settle in, listen, and experience the magic that happens when personal stories are shared from the heart. These are true, lived experiences. Each storyteller has their unique way of storytelling. Sometimes it's humorous, sometimes lots of emotion, and always about real life.
