The Picture Of Health

We will create an image of our body using markers on paper, and represent areas of sub-conscious holding or dis-ease using colors and shapes (all supplies provided, no talent needed)

Using the non-dominant hand we will dialogue with a chosen area, inviting the body’s wisdom into our conscious awareness and offering loving attention to our whole Self inside and out.

After creating a representation of the body we want to live into, we will enjoy a gentle Hatha practice designed to facilitate neuroplasticity into the newly open ways of holding your body. Perfect for those with chronic illness or pain, great for students on the yogic path.
