The Pause – A Weekly Space to Breathe
Life rarely gives us room to stop and hear ourselves.
The Pause is a monthly Zoom gathering created as a safe, calm place to do exactly that.
This is a new group intention. We are learning as we go and building it together so we can create a truly safe space, a supportive environment, and real connections.
No agenda. No pressure. Just an invitation to step out of the noise, reflect on your day or week, and share what is real for you.
How it works:
• We meet for 60 minutes
• We begin with a short check in and set an intention such as coaching, reflection or simply being heard
• We then take it in turns, one by one, to share if we wish. Others listen or offer gentle reflections only if invited
The Pause is not about fixing anyone. It is about giving yourself permission to stop, notice and be.
It runs on a donation basis so you choose what feels right for you at the time.
