10:45 AM – Arrival & Grounding
Guests are invited to arrive a few minutes early to settle in. We’ll begin by finding our space, setting intentions, and taking a few quiet
breaths together beneath the trees.
11:00 AM – Opening Circle & Introduction
Julia will offer a brief overview of the practice — what classical Tantra is (and isn’t), and how mindfulness and nervous system awareness
form the foundation of this lineage.
11:15 AM – Guided Breathwork Practice
We’ll explore gentle breathing techniques to calm and balance the nervous system, cultivating steadiness and presence within.
11:30 AM – Embodied Mindfulness Meditation
A seated or reclining meditation, guided to help you connect with sensation, awareness, and the quiet rhythm of your inner landscape.
12:00 PM – Reflection & Community Connection
Space for journaling, sharing reflections, or simply being together in mindful silence.
12:20 PM – Closing Mantra & Gratitude
We’ll close with a simple mantra and intention for peace — carrying the calm cultivated in circle back into daily life.
12:30 PM – Farewell & Tea
Stay for a few minutes of tea, conversation, and connection with community members.
