Description

Mussar, Hasidut, and Kabbala are three distinct paths in Jewish tradition which, when blended into wholeness, guide us toward holiness in our lifetime. In this course we will reveal and explore gems from these traditions which probe both unconscious and conscious energies within the psyche, and lead us to actualizing our unique destiny in this world. Come and Learn!

Class Length: 6 sessions on Mondays in February and March
Class Dates: 2/17, 2/24, 3/2, 3/16, 3/23, 3/30 (No class on 3/9)
Meeting Time: 7:00-9:00pm
Class Location: UCLA @ Hillel or Online via Zoom
Parking: UCLA Lot #2, Westholme and Hilgard Aves, $3/hour for up to 3 hrs

Rabbi Mel Gottlieb

Instructor:
Rabbi Mel Gottlieb, PhD, is President of AJRCA and Interim Dean of the Rabbinical School. He was ordained at Yeshiva University, and his PhD is in Mythology/Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. A published author many times over, a major part of his work has often focused on the mystical aspects of Jewish tradition.
