Our one-day conference highlights the many ways in which palliative care can uplift quality of life for patients and families living with serious or life-limiting illness. Presentations and workshops will feature proven and innovative means to strengthen palliative care and meet the needs of patients, families, family caregivers, and palliative care professionals. Our event is organized and produced for and by a network of palliative care professionals and educators working across disciplines in the San Diego region, including southwest Riverside County and southern Orange county. Please join us for a day of networking, continuing education, and sharing best practices in palliative care, end of life care, and supportive care for serious, chronic illness. Breakfast, lunch, and refreshments are included. Our conference is presented by the San Diego Coalition for Compassionate Care and the CSU Shiley Haynes Institute for Palliative Care at CSUSM.
