The Outpour Prophetic Encounter is a Joel 2:28 mandate. It will be a time of prophetic intercession, prophecy, and worship.
This encounter will release us into prophetic impartation and a stronger measure of sensitivity to God's Spirit. This will be a time of seeking His face according to Joel 2:28. We will posture ourselves for an outpouring of His Spirit and instructions for the days ahead.
