The Order of the Vine presents: NYE Wine Pairing Dinner at Symposium

Join us on Wednesday, December 31st, from 6:30 - 9:30 p.m., as we close out 2025 and welcome 2026 with a specially curated multi-course experience.

This year’s 5-course dinner, curated by Chef Nicole, is inspired by symbols of luck and renewal from around the world, with quiet nods to tradition woven into each course and carried through the wine pairings. Each wine has been selected not only for how it complements the dish, but for the story it tells: hints of hope for the year ahead, notes of abundance, reflections on prosperity, and bright expressions of new beginnings - in true Order of the Vine fashion.

Symposium will reopen to the public after the dinner to toast to the New Year!

After dinner, feel free to stroll the Village and enjoy Lancaster’s NYE festivities, including free ice skating, the ball drop, fireworks at midnight, and more.
