This two-hour immersive experience is designed for seasoned, soul-led professionals who want to root deeper into their truth, reconnect with their bodies, and rise in community.

Cynthia Stadd, the Orbit’s curriculum developer and lead facilitator, will guide you through somatic practice and reflective conversation to experience what embodied leadership feels like with clarity and inner strength. In addition, she’ll facilitate a live panel of wise voices who are redefining what leadership looks like when rooted in truth, integrity, and alignment.

You’ll walk away with new awareness, meaningful relationships, and a felt sense of what becomes possible when you stop performing and start leading as yourself.

This isn’t a workshop—it’s a glimpse into The Orbit, Nova’s yearlong leadership journey for those ready to expand their impact without losing their center.
