In an intimate fireside chat with Orlagh, Xenia, will share more about the power that is unleashed when your brain is fit and thriving and steps you can take to get you there from her best-selling book, Mindfire. Emily will then guide us through a short pilates session (in our seats) go get more energy flowing for the evening!
