The Nutcracker’s Guide to Getting UnPlugged is a unique, dance theater holiday show. It brings imagination and creativity front and center as our NutcracKer helps 3 teens unplug and reconnect with the offline world! With sparkling jazz, hip hop, contemporary, ballet and street dance, it’s a new way to celebrate the holidays! Created and produced by Momentum Dance Theatre, the NutcracKer's Guide to Getting UnPlugged is an original, scripted, danced through holiday show. The story: 3 teens are addicted to their devices and struggling with their emotions. They get inspiration from the NutcracKer who is their--and our-- guide/MC/guru helping them unplug, connect with their creativity and each other and find confidence in the off line world.
