The Nova is a national community of women and non-binary leaders rewriting the rules of success. We’re building local chapters across the country—and now it’s Portland’s turn.

This is not another networking event.

It’s the beginning of a movement in Portland to uplift the heart-led leaders and entrepreneurs who support the healing and growth of our community. (That's you!)

The Nova Portland is a transformative membership community for women and non-binary leaders offering networking, workshops, mastermind groups, and curated in-person events designed to nurture your personal, professional, and spiritual growth—all while fostering deep, authentic connections.

At this launch party, you’ll experience connections that go deeper than business cards. Together we’ll share stories, spark new relationships, and imagine what this chapter can grow into. You’ll leave with inspiration for your own leadership journey and a role in shaping a community that’s rooted in authenticity, support, and collective empowerment.

Meet Your Portland Luminary: Maegan Megginson

Hello! I'm Maegan Megginson, founder of The Center for Couples & Sex Therapy in Portland and the host of the Deeply Rested podcast and newsletter. In addition to leading The Center, I work virtually with entrepreneurs and leaders who are navigating a mid-career crisis. My work weaves therapeutic insight, psycho-spiritual guidance, and leadership coaching to help mid-career professionals answer the question, "What's next?" through private coaching, group programs, and nature-based retreats. For years, I've craved an in-person, values-driven community to connect with for personal support and professional connections. I'm excited to be creating that community now with The Nova.
