The Nosher's Latke Master Class
Overview
It's that time of year again — when we all wish we were better at making latkes. Don't fret, because the Nosher's former editor Shannon Sarna is here to help!
In this one-hour master class, Shannon will walk you through the basics of classic techniques and show you some ways to add tasty modern flair to your potato pancakes.
Whether you're a beginner who's totally new to the latke game or a longtime fryer who's looking to level up, there will be something for everyone.
All registrants receive recipe sheets and get to keep the class recording, which won't expire, so you can refer back to it as you perfect your skills.
Make this the year you become the local latke master!
