At the Noniz Group Play, we do things differently! Expect a session full of laughter, movement, and deep connection as we rediscover the joyful little version of ourselves.

You don’t need to prepare anything, but bringing a few simple things can make it more fun! Think paper, a blindfold, and some coloring pencils for creative exercises.
This is a fully immersive experience! Expect moments of movement, creativity, and interaction, but always at your own comfort level. You can engage as much or as little as you like.
No worries! Many of us have forgotten how to play as adults - that’s why this session exists! There’s no right or wrong way to experience it, just go with what feels good to you.
