This is a time when the world feels like it's holding its breath.

The time is now for us to go within and connect to something greater.

THE NILE WITHIN is relief.

Our embodied, AfriKan, SOUL guide, Yolanda, invites us into a deeply fertile, sacred space, to breathe, attune to the vibration of love, honor our innate gifts and transform our lives so we may contribute meaningfully to a world in need of healing and renewal.

Through intentional practices we will cultivate skills necessary to navigate life's complexities while aligning to our divine purpose.

The soul’s inner aim has always been to practice becoming the essence of who we already are at our core.

Beloveds,

NOW is the TIME for THE NILE WITHIN.

Take a hold of my “hand” as we enter this sacred portal.

Savor the annointing of oracular blessings and soothing musical meditation, as we explore the intricate terrain of our inner landscape with somatic sensing and sacred journaling, to experience the union of mind, heart and body.

We will eMERGE at the other end, dripping in jewels of golden JOY, no longer drowning in “crocodile tears”.
