The Nightwatchman Quiz
The Nightwatchman quiz – part general knowledge, part devilishly tricky cricket questions – is set and hosted by quizmaster extraordinaire Marcus Berkmann.
The quiz, as ever will start at 8pm - food and refreshments available.
Usual rules apply - if you’d like to enter a team of four (that’s the max for those who haven’t been before), you can either buy four tickets in one go or book individually and confirm your team name and members via email. Alternatively, if you don’t have a full team, just let us know and we will squeeze you in alongside some like-minded individuals.
Extras: Entry is £10 per person, which includes a copy of the Nightwatchman issue 50.

Fairfield Books Launch Event
Before the quiz, we are hosting a book launch for two Fairfield Books titles from 6:30-8pm:
- In Syd's Voice: The Extraordinary Life of Dave Lawrence, with Dean Wilson
- Cricket Captains of England 1979-2025, by Vic Marks
Dean and Vic will discuss their respective books with Daniel Norcross and signed copies of both books will be available to buy.
