Dr. Colleen Norris, Network Spinal Chiropractor and nervous system expert, will guide you through both science-backed insights and somatic experiences that help you shift from fight/flight/freeze/fawn into the parasympathetic state where healing and connection become possible again.


In This Workshop You Will Learn:

  • Why your nervous system gets overwhelmed during the holidays and how old survival patterns get activated by stress, family dynamics, and emotional memories.
  • The difference between survival states (fight, flight, freeze, fawn) and true safety, and how each one shows up in your body.
  • What happens physiologically when you’re stuck in stress and why you can’t “think your way” into calm.
  • How to tend to your body in simple, practical ways that help bring your system back into connection.
