Join us on Zoom for our weekly drop-in meditation and circle sharing, led by elemental co-founder Julie Brams
Join us on Thursdays for weekly meditations led by Julieann and Julia, who alternate leading each week. The practice is Nature-centered and rooted in mindfulness (Vipassana) meditation. We also take time to share between meditation using circle shares, coming back to deep listening and speaking from the heart.
Research shows that Vipassana meditation decreases anxiety, depression, stress and increases creativity, resiliency, insight and compassion for self and others.
Open to all levels. Begin, deepen, and expand your practice in the safe environment of others.
