Do I need any dance or movement experience to join this class?

No experience is necessary! This session is designed for all mamas — whether you’ve never explored movement meditation before or you already have a practice. You’ll be guided gently, and everything is offered as an invitation.

Is this class safe if I’m pregnant or newly postpartum?

Yes — this session is designed with all stages of motherhood in mind. The movements are gentle, intuitive, and adaptable to your comfort level. Please always listen to your body and honor what feels right for you.

Will I be on camera during the class?

Cameras are optional. You’re welcome to have your camera on for connection, or keep it off for privacy — whatever helps you feel most at ease.
