The Money Mindset Workshop is an in-person coaching experience for people who want to bring more clarity, alignment, and ease to their relationship with money. It's part personal retreat and part honest money reckoning.

Together, we’ll look at the beliefs and patterns that shape your financial decisions (often without you realizing it), and explore new ways of doing money that reflect who you are and what you stand for.
You’ll leave with a clearer sense of what’s yours to keep, what’s ready to change, and clear steps to move forward with more peace, power, and purpose.
In this workshop, you will:
- Trace your money story: past influences, inherited patterns, and beliefs you didn’t even know were shaping you.
- Take a revealing look at your relationship with money and explore how you show up (or don't) as money's partner.
- Identify your earnings ceiling and uncover what’s been quietly capping your potential for more ease, income, or impact.
- Create a Money Treatment Plan that addresses the internal and external components of money.
- Address the money moves you’ve been avoiding: the conversations, the boundaries, and brave next steps that will set you free.
You won’t just sit and listen. This is an interactive experience for real self-discovery.
We'll move through a thoughtful mix of writing prompts, guided exercises, reflections, and small group conversations all designed to help you get clarity, insight, and real momentum.

Mary Gallagher is a Certified High Performance Coach and Speaker based in Charleston, SC. She works with ambitious humans ready to stop circling and start creating the life they want. A former Division I athlete and master educator, Mary brings strategy, soul, and lived experience to her coaching.
