The Midlife Circle is a daytime circle for women in midlife and beyond — a space to reconnect with yourself, be deeply witnessed, and find meaning in this next chapter of life. Together we’ll pause, reflect, and remember the power of presence, truth, and shared wisdom.

Guided by Deep Witnessing Agreements and gentle reflection prompts, this 7-person circle offers quiet renewal, soulful conversation, and genuine connection — no advice, no performance, just the medicine of being seen.
