You will be guided to create your own personal mask, a tangible expression of the shadow aspects you are ready to meet and understand. This creative process allows you to externalize and honor these parts of your psyche, setting the stage for healing and transformation.
Through the primal rhythms of drumming, meditation, and expressive movement, the energy within your mask will be awakened and released. The drum’s steady beat connects you to the earth’s pulse and helps you enter altered states of consciousness, where deep insight and emotional breakthroughs are possible.
