An Afternoon of Story & Stillness at Drargon Hemp

On Saturday, December 13th, from 2 pm–4 pm, the community is invited into a grounded, restorative afternoon at Dragon Hemp Apothecary. Rooted in the heart of Sag Harbor, our space becomes a calm refuge for reflection, story, and shared presence.

Authors Annie Bien and Robert A.F. Thurman will offer a reading and conversation centered on their new novel, The Magical Adventures of the Sixth Dalai Lama: His Life and Loves — a work shaped by lineage, spiritual tradition, and the enduring nature of the human journey.

In the spirit of Dragon Hemp, this gathering is created to feel steady, warm, and intentional. Guests will move through a guided reading, an intimate dialogue, a community Q&A, and a book signing.
