🌿Please come join us for an afternoon of community celebration with folk music and dances from different cultures around the world. The Fifth Friday band members are diverse, but all share a passion for folk dancing and the desire to share this passion with others.

🌿Dancing offers physical and mental benefits. In addition, folk dancing reflects cultural roots and promotes connectivity as cross generational members of a community dance together.

🌿We will close the afternoon with guided intentional movement and a sound bath.
