THE LOVE COLLECTIVE: WOMXN'S CIRCLE

The sacred circle is an ancient tradition that lives in our bones. It is a space to explore, develop, enhance our relationship to "All That Is." It acts as an accelerator in deepening our relationship with ourselves and our sisters. It is a supportive vessel that is rooted in love and empowered by the the collective wisdom of the souls who have been called to sit.

EVERY SESSION:

• Intention + Altar
• 60 minute Yoga (blend of vinyasa + Yin + Restorative)
• Sister Circle: Exploring theme of the month: MOON + WOMB WELLNESS
• Guided Discussion/Journaling + Sharing
• Ritual, Tea + Meditation

MOON + WOMB WELLNESS:

• Re-awaken our innate connection to the cycles of nature and the moon

• Tune into our bodies unique rhythms and currents of energy

• Understanding our menstrual cycle in relation to the moon

• Explore our own relationship and experience with our womb

• Cultivate practices for intuition, dream building, releasing + inspiration

• Tap into the power of fertility, metaphorically and physically

• Reclaim and reconnect to our inherent wisdom and relationship to our moon cycle

• Explore self-care rituals to nurture womb wellness and harness manifestation

**Special offerings may include: Ayurveda, Massage, Reiki, Sound Healing, Mantra, Art-Making, Music, Poetry, Dance, Mandala creations, other Healing Arts with special guests.
