I was one of them. I’d set big goals, be unstoppable for a week or month, then wither out and feel like a failure when I didn’t actually get anywhere. I tried being more motivated and giving myself tough love, but to no avail.
Being coached helped me realise I wasn’t lacking commitment or effort. It was about working smarter instead of working harder. It was about focusing on what really matters and setting the right goals. The coaching framework is what helped me from bored-out and stuck to actually building my own brand.
