The Listening Place - Sound Journey

By Charli Be

Overview

Slow down with the seasons - join us for a grounding sound journey for a moment to reflect and honour the shift into autumn.

The Listening Place is an invitation to tune in deeply to both the outer world and your inner landscape. Through gentle guided meditation and sound, your natural healing systems can work their magic, restoring balance and promoting release through the mind and body.

Land in a place of deep rest as soothing vibrations from the gong, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, voice, percussion, and more create a soundscape crafted to calm your nervous system and support self-healing.

What to Bring - anything and everything that you might want to feel cosy and supported!

• Pillows, bolster, blankets - a yoga mat will be provided but if you'd like a little extra cushioning feel free to bring your own too!

• Dress in layers to stay warm and comfortable

• An eye pillow/covering for even deeper immersion

• Water

About your guide:

I’m Charli, a sound healing practitioner, enthusiast of self exploration and nurturer of the home within.Basically I’m all about finding the parts of ourselves, and the world around us that feel like home and allowing the essence of these things to cultivate rest, healing, and expansion.Sound has been my life-long companion. It has been my safe place and my unwavering guide and has provided me with a space to explore and connect with the deepest nooks and crannies of myself in my simplest and most open form. It has given me time to slow down, to re-tune and shift. In this space I have found deep transformation and healing, creativity and intuition, which continues to bring me to a sense of belonging. In sharing it with you I hope that you may also find a place within yourself to come home to.
