The Leadership Challenge Workshop (2-Day Workshop)

The workshop begins each morning promptly at 8:30 AM and ends each afternoon at 5:00 PM.

We serve a light breakfast of fruit, granola bars, coffee and water. For lunch, we servce boxed lunches, chips and a soft drink.

All necessary materials will be provided. You will receive a workbook with space for notes, a pen, and other essential materials.

We recommend casual and comfortable clothing and shoes, as there will be a lot of standing and engaging in activities that require movement. Dressing comfortably will help you participate fully in all workshop activities.

No prior experience is required, but participants are encouraged to come prepared to engage fully in interactive sessions aimed at developing practical leadership skills.

The Leadership Challenge Workshop is designed as a comprehensive two-day program. Attending only part of it may significantly diminish the intended value and learning, as each session builds on the previous.

After completing the workshop, participants will have actionable strategies and tools to implement the leadership practices learned. Several weeks after the completion of the program, you will receive additional information and insights to assist in your leadership journey.

Registrants can cancel up to two weeks before the workshop for a full refund. Cancellations made less than two weeks prior to the start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
