Frequently asked questions

What’s the difference between Free RSVP, All Access, and VIP?

Free RSVP = 34th St zone only: a few vendors + light vibes. All Access ($25) = full fest: main stage, courtyard, gallery, activations. VIP ($75) = skip the line, private lounge, Latin bites, drinks & exclusive perks — the best way to fest.

Does my ticket include food or drinks?

No. All tickets include entry only. Food and drink are available for purchase from vendors. VIP includes complimentary bites and drinks inside the lounge.

Can I upgrade from Free RSVP to All Access later?

Yes — if tickets are still available. But RSVP spots are limited, and All Access will likely sell out. Lock it in early if you’re planning to go big.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Only if we’re not sold out. We strongly recommend buying your All Access ticket in advance — prices may increase and space is limited.

What if I only want to walk around and check it out?

That’s what the Free RSVP is for — limited to 500 people per day. But don’t expect the full experience. You’ll be outside looking in.

Are kids free?

Children 12 and under can enter the 34th Street zone for free with a parent or guardian. For full access, all attendees must have an All Access or VIP ticket.

What happens if it rains?

Rain or shine, we party. The Box Factory is mostly indoors. Bring a jacket. No refunds.

Where is the festival located?

We’re at Industry City, Brooklyn — with three main zones: 34th Street (entrance), Courtyard 7–8, and the Box Factory.

Can I leave and come back?

All Access and VIP guests can re-enter with their wristband. Free RSVP entry is one-time only.
