The Labor Partner Class

Hospital classes often teach you how to follow their rules and basic info—but this class is all about empowerment. It’s about your birth and your choices. You are the boss. The power lies with you. We focus on giving you the tools and confidence to lead your own birth journey, on your terms.

I totally get it! Money is tight for a lot of us. But this class is a labor of love that takes time, energy, and resources to put together. The fee helps me keep doing what I love: supporting families with real, hands-on help and honest advice that you won’t just get from a free video.

Yes! All birth tools (like balls, rebozos, and more) will be provided for use during the class. You’ll also go home with a goodie bag and a collection of helpful resources to support you as you prepare for birth.

Come comfy! Athletic wear, leggings, or anything you can move around in is perfect. Comfortable shoes or grippy socks are great too—we’ll be doing hands-on activities.

Absolutely! This class is for all birth plans. Even if you don’t plan to feel contractions, knowing your rights and how to advocate can make all the difference.

No big prep needed! Just bring yourself, your support people, and if you like, a notebook to jot down notes and questions.

Yes! Snacks and water will be provided during the class to keep you energized and comfortable.

I recommend leaving kiddos at home if possible so you can focus on learning and connecting—but children are always welcome. There’s a play area with toys to help keep little ones entertained.

You’re welcome to bring anyone who will be supporting you during labor. That could be your husband, wife, best friend, mom, whoever makes up your support team! Up to 3 people are included with each ticket.
