What do I need to do to prepare for the workshop?

Your unique Zoom link will be provided once you register. Please check ahead of time to make sure your device is compatible and meets the requirements for joining a Zoom session.

Question 2

If I cannot attend, are tickets transferrable?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You MUST inform Reset My Lifestyle by email at myturn@resetmylifestyle.com (24 hrs prior to event start) of your intent to transfer your ticket. Please indicate: 1) Your name and phone number, 2) the new attendee's name and phone number and a statement requesting transfer of your ticket.

Question 3

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

No refunds are given.  Tickets may be used for future workshop events only. Please call or send email to myturn@resetmylifestyle.com if you will not be in attendance at your scheduled date and time.

Question 4

I have never experienced hypnosis or guided meditations. Is it safe?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Hypnosis isn't like what Hollywood portrays it to be. It is not mind control nor are you unconscious (like being under anesthesia). You are aware of what is happening around you. You cannot be made to do anything you don't or wouldn't want to do. You're perfectly safe.

Question 5

I'm still not sure. Do I have to participate in that part?

Accepted Answer

No you do not have to participate. If you're still uncomfortable at the idea, you can simply choose not to participate in that segment and be an observer instead.
