Does everyone need an individual ticket?

Accepted Answer

YES! Everyone over the age of 2 who will need a seat will also need a ticket to attend the event. Children 2 and under are admitted free but must be seated on a parent's lap at all times.

What time do we need to show up?

A good rule of thumb is to always show up 15-20 minutes before your scheduled departure time. For example if your tour departure is 6:00PM you should plan to arrive around 5:45pm

What do we need to bring with us?

You'll need to bring the email confirmation/ e-ticket, as well as any comfort items, and a camera to capture all the memories you're going to make!

Our Jingle Bell Express is FULL of Christmas spirit & magic! We have lots of colorful lights, jamming holiday tunes, and dancing elves to get you in the Christmas Spirit. Please note if you are sensitive to loud music we recommend not sitting in the first couple of rows as the music can be felt more

What should we wear to the Jingle Bell Express?

Festive pajamas, cozy sweaters, Holiday Onesies, and more are all favorites and welcome aboard the Jingle Bell Express! Our bus is heated however you may still wish to bring a small blanket to cozy up in during your tour.

Question 6

What if I'm late or don't show up to my tour?

Accepted Answer

Our Conductor runs a tight schedule and insists our Express will depart on time! Please ensure you arrive on time. No refunds are offered for missed tours. We will do our best to accommodate you on a later tour but keep in mind this could be on a different day from your original departure.
