1. Evaluate Current Wellness: Identify their current emotional, mental, and physical baseline using a structured self-assessment process.
2. Establish Clear Boundaries: Develop and articulate at least three personalized, sustainable self-care and boundary-setting strategies for the new year.
3. Create an Action Plan: Construct a simple, actionable "Mental Wellness Blueprint" that integrates daily habits and coping mechanisms for stress and burnout prevention.
