This 3-hour online workshop is a sacred space to explore what intimacy truly means—without pressure, performance, or expectation.

Guided by the EASE™ Healing Method, you'll experience soul-level connection through emotional resonance, energetic presence, and truth-based relational practice. All exercises are done virtually and include partner work in breakout rooms, allowing you to safely explore connection from wherever you are.

This is not about sexual touch.
This is about embodied truth, emotional attunement, and choosing connection from safety—not fear.

• Solo Breathwork: self-connection and grounding in your needs

• Solo Reflection & Journaling: tune into what felt true for you
• Second Connection Practice: another layer of embodied discernment
• Final Connection Practice: a supported, presence-led experience
• Letting Go Ritual: name what you're releasing to honor your path
• Final Embrace or Movement Ceremony: presence, breath, and embodied truth
• Closing Circle: grounding, breath, and soul-level integration
