What do you mean by intimacy?

We recognize that sometimes when people say intimacy, they are talking about sex. Here, we are referring to the process of getting closer to someone...anyone! Intimacy means closeness and true knowing. Having said this, the topic of sex may come up in discussion and we welcome that.

Is this a couples workshop?

Couples often attend, but anyone can go, and you can come alone. There will always be enough people for all activities.

Is there touch involved?

Any touch in this workshop is casual, everyday touch (think handshake, or back pat), and all touch in any exercise is optional in any case.

Is this a singles workshop?

The point of this workshop is not to meet a partner, but we notice that people tend to stick around after it's over and talk. So who knows? You might meet someone!
