Overview
Trauma is an area that researchers continue to explore and learn about. It has connections with all aspects of our lives and is interconnected with all parts of the human experience. This training will look to explore these connections on all levels of being and allow providers to walk away with a better understanding of these connections, and with tools to use directly with clients.
This training will provide you with an overview and exploration of food and trauma.

Presenter
Jessica Martzahl,LPC, is a graduate from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology where she received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with a Counseling Specialization. Jess also is a Certified Mental Health & Nutrition Clinical Specialist. Jess Martzahl currently works with children and adolescents through the school-based collaboration with Kenosha Unified School District. She is the School-Based Services Program Manager for Professional Services Group. Jess see’s individual clients through the school that present with a multitude of mental health concerns, collaborates with school staff, and supervises therapists that are part of the school-based team.
Professional Services Group has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7066. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Professional Services Group is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.
