In this playful yet reflective art therapy workshop, you’ll connect with the symbolic energy of cats — creatures of mystery, independence, and wisdom. We’ll paint or collage a cat that embodies qualities you wish to invite into your life.You’ll explore how animal symbolism can become a mirror for self-discovery, using colors, shapes, and textures.

💛 What you’ll experience:

· All materials provided. We will work with different materials of your choice

· Guidance from a certified art therapist and art instructor, Jana Komaritsa

· A calming, supportive atmosphere to slow down and check in with yourself in a beautiful art space

· Tee/coffee/lemonade included

This workshop is beginner-friendly and ideal for cat lovers or anyone curious about blending creativity with self-reflection.
