The Importance of Being Cosy

The Importance of being Cosy is an interactive storytelling show. Come for a cosy journey as we delve into why cosiness is important but also the times we need to step out of it. In 2023 Saoirse moved from Ireland all the way to Chicago. This play goes through the emotional journey as well as the complexities of dealing with big changes while grappling with an anxiety disorder.

Show starts approx at 9.30 but we recommend coming early to get your tea, find a cosy spot and to acquaint yourself with the cats!

Come prepared for a late-night show of max-coziness, with unlimited tea and cats to help sooth you. Feel free to bring your favourite mug and blanket!

Food & Drink: The Playground Theater is a water-only venue with filtered water available for guests. If you'd like to grab a bite or bev besides H2O, visit our buddies MY BUDDY'S - they're just downstairs! Food and drink (other than water) must be finished before entering The Playground.
