Her integrative approach to sports nutrition goes beyond calories and macros, focusing on the full picture of health: gut integrity, inflammation, recovery, and long-term wellness.
Experience: Dahlia combines personal experience as a collegiate athlete with her clinical expertise to help clients fuel effectively, perform optimally, and build sustainable habits. In addition to her private practice, she leads food-as-medicine initiatives at Levine Children’s Hospital, addressing food insecurity and advancing holistic care for pediatric patients.
