The Horizon Lab | Design a Decade of Meaning, Motion, & a Dash of Mischief

Where do you want to be in 10 years—and how will you get there without losing your spark along the way? What you envision for the next decade drives the quality of your next year, month, week, and day. It matters.

The Horizon Lab is an interactive series for visionary thinkers, change-makers, and purpose-driven leaders who are ready to design the next decade with intention. Instead of drifting year to year or chasing someone else’s definition of success, you’ll step back, zoom out, and map your life across roles, values, and possibilities.

In this highly engaging lab, you’ll:

• Reflect on the last decade to harvest insights you can build upon
• Envision what you want to have been different because you lived the next 10 years
• Develop a deeper sense of your values and how they can inspire your goals
• Sort goals by urgency and importance—so you know what matters now, soon, and later
• Experiment with playful, practical tools (yes, there will be lists and creativity!)
• Leave with a 10-year map that inspires action while leaving room for surprise, motion, and a dash of mischief

We meet on 5 consecutive Tuesdays for 90-minute sessions to give you time to consider and implement between each session.
