The Holiday Experience is a private dining event curated by Artcitexture, inviting guests to gather around the table for an evening of comfort, connection, and culinary artistry. Indulge in 5 courses of elevated seasonal classics — including refined plant-based creations — thoughtfully paired with handcrafted cocktails or mocktails. With valet service and a warmly festive, elegant ambiance, every element has been designed to slow time and savor the moment.

Important Details

The Holiday Experience will occur every Saturday and Sunday evening for four weeks, beginning on Nov. 29, 2025 and ending on Dec. 21, 2025. Guests can choose which time slot works best for them on those days.

This experience is located on private property in Fredericksburg, Virginia. The official event address is currently non-disclosed and will be shared with guests after they purchase a ticket. Once your ticket is confirmed, you’ll receive a follow-up email including the private event address, menu details, and waiver link.

Waiver and Safety

Artcitexture is an exclusive private dining experience held at a privately owned property. To ensure a safe and enjoyable evening for all guests, ticket holders are required to sign a waiver prior to attending. This waiver acknowledges that you are entering at your own risk and releases Artcitexture, Kyler’s A+ Catering LLC, The Carthen Food Group, and the property owners from liability related to personal injury or property damage.

Important: This does not apply to food or beverage safety. We are fully insured and maintain an impeccable record with zero foodborne incidents. Your safety and experience are always our top priority.

Refund & Credit Policy

All ticket purchases are considered final.
Artcitexture does not issue cash refunds, except in extenuating circumstances which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If a guest is unable to attend their scheduled dining experience, a credit may be offered toward a future event — provided the request is made at least three (3) days prior to the event date.
In certain emergency situations, a credit may still be considered up to one (1) day before the event.

We value fairness and flexibility, and our goal is always to ensure each guest receives the full benefit of their experience whenever possible.
