Have you ever found yourself stuck in the same relationship dynamics—no matter who you're with? Join us at the Dubai World Trade Centre to uncover the hidden patterns that quietly shape how you relate to others.

Whether it’s with a partner, friend, parent, or colleague, these unconscious patterns influence the way you communicate, connect, and protect yourself. This powerful session will help you recognize the invisible scripts that shape your relationships—and how to change them.

Behavioral Scientist and Attachment Specialist Sabrina Lakhani will guide you through how early relational experiences shape your emotional reactions, choices, and expectations in adult relationships—romantic, familial, or professional.

Come with curiosity. Leave with clarity.
We can’t wait to see you there.

Frequently asked questions

Who should attend?

Anyone curious to learn more about themselves and how behavioral science explains and predicts our relationship success—whether in love, family, or work. No prior knowledge needed, just an open mind.

Will the session be recorded?

No. This is an in-person experience only. Not recording helps us keep the space real, grounded, and fully present.

How long will the session last?

The workshop will run for about 2 hours. That includes teachings, reflection exercises, and interactive moments.

Can I bring someone with me?

Yes! Attending with a friend, partner, or sibling can be powerful. Just make sure they register too so we can reserve their spot.

Will I have to share personal stuff?

No. You’re welcome to reflect privately. Sharing is always optional, and the space is designed to feel safe and nonjudgmental.

Sabrina’s insights come not only from science but from lived experience. After a painful divorce in her 20s, she questioned everything she thought she knew about love, trust, and connection. She traveled across eight countries to discover what creates real healing and lasting change. That journey became the foundation for her life’s work — and her proven process: Patterns to Presence.

Now happily remarried, she lives in Seattle with her husband and two dogs. Sabrina holds an MBA from INSEAD, a B.S. from Babson College, and has been featured on TEDx.
