About this event

  • Event lasts 3 hours

Hormonal changes can be challenging to what we know and are familiar with, but there are techniques for navigating this transition that can make us stronger and more mentally prepared.

Join us as we hear from experts; Carine Camara, acupuncturist (L. Ac), and Nichol Joy Chase, yoga instructor (ERYT-500, YACEP) discuss how hormonal shifts can impact our mind/body connections and overall mental well being during the menopause transition. They'll provide insights and tools for how to navigate these changes and thrive. Additional experts to be added!

Come to learn, shop, sip, and share this experience with other women!
