Is this series in-person or virtual?

Both!...This series includes 3, 2.5 hour workshops that will take place in person. However I will be streaming the workshops via Zoom for those who opt to participate virtually. Additionally, in the weeks between workshops, there will be 3 Zoom meditation sessions that take place.

Are the virtual practices between workshops mandatory?

Nothing is mandatory here. However I've designed this series with the intention of providing you with a sense of consistency and accountability. In my experience, consistency is the hardest part of meditation. So if your goal is to have consistency, full participation is highly recommended.

Will any of the sessions be recorded?

Yes, all of the workshops and the practice sessions will be recorded and you'll have lifetime access to the recordings. So you can catch up on sessions if you miss them, or rewatch later if you need a refresher or guided practice in the future.
