Through breathwork and sound healing, we facilitate a deeply restorative experience that helps release anxiety, stress, and trauma from the body while fostering gratitude, peace, and self-love. Our gathering is rooted in the safety of community, with facilitators trained in wellness.
This Self-Love Healing Circle is a unique opportunity to connect with others on their journey, share experiences, and nurture your well-being in a supportive space.

This is the main event which includes gentle yoga, breath work, sound healing, a guided reflection, journaling and group sharing. We encourage everyone to arrive 15 minutes early to park and check in so they can be fully present to start at 3:00 PM.
