The DuBard School Speakeasy is an annual friend-raiser for the DuBard School for Language Disorders at The University of Southern Mississippi. We are an organization that helps children with academic, speech, language, and hearing disorders “speak easy.”

The DuBard School Speakeasy features a delectable spread of Prohibition-era inspired food and beverages, live entertainment, dancing, and more in a fully themed 1920’s event.

Must be 21 and older to attend.

About DuBard School:The mission of the DuBard School for Language Disorders at The University of Southern Mississippi is to bring the gift of oral and written language to individuals with communication disorders and reading disabilities, including dyslexia, through use of the DuBard Association Method® in direct clinical services, professional training, and research.

The DuBard School for Language Disorders was established in 1962 and is a clinical division of the Southern Miss School of Speech and Hearing Sciences. The school serves children with severe language/speech disorders, including the written language disorder of dyslexia, and/or hearing impairments and provides guidance and counseling for parents and families of the children. The school is a practicum site for university students majoring in speech-language pathology, audiology or deaf education. DuBard School for Language Disorders is a United Way agency.
