Are Austin FC game tickets included?

No. This experience includes the wine tasting, light snacks, music, and free parking at Vintage Wine Storage for the duration of the game  but you’ll need to purchase your Austin FC match ticket separately.

How does the parking work?

Your ticket includes secure parking at Vintage Wine Storage, just a short walk to Q2 Stadium. A parking attendant will be on-site until the game ends (unless the game runs later than 11:30 PM).

Question 3

Can I leave my car overnight?

Accepted Answer

Overnight parking is not included. All cars must be retrieved after the game ends.

Question 4

Will there be drinks other than wine?

Accepted Answer

Yes! In addition to match-day-friendly wines, we’ll have beer and a special select whiskey from our private reserve.

Question 5

Will the wines be heavy? I don’t want to feel full before the match.

Accepted Answer

Nope! We’re serving wines suited to the season and weather ; refreshing, crisp, and easy on the palate so you can enjoy the match without feeling weighed down.

Can I pick up wine I purchased at the event after the match?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can pick up purchased bottles until 10:55 PM.

Will there be food?

We’ll have light snacks, plus beer and whiskey selections.

Is this a 21+ event?

Accepted Answer

You must be 21+ to drink alcohol, but not to attend. Families are welcome, and children may attend with their parents or guardians.

Are pets allowed?

No pets, please; only service animals are permitted.

Do I get anything else with my ticket?

Accepted Answer

Yes! By purchasing a ticket, you’ll receive temporary membership access to Fifty Shades of Grape club during the event, giving you exclusive access to member-only offers and experiences.

Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?

Accepted Answer

All ticket sales are final; we do not offer refunds. Our events have limited seating and require advance planning for food, wine, and staffing.

What if something comes up and I can’t make it?

Accepted Answer

You’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member. Just send us their name and email so we can update the guest list.

Can I use my ticket for a future event instead?

Accepted Answer

In some cases, if you notify us at least 72 hours before the event, we may be able to offer a credit toward a future event — this is based on availability and not guaranteed.

Why don’t you offer refunds?

Our events are intimate and require exact planning for wine selections, food pairings, and staffing. Every seat matters, and we want to ensure each guest has the best experience possible.
